Take a Stand for Deaf Babies and Children
Why? Don't Understand This
Why is it that there is such a huge movement to promote hearing parents signing with their hearing babies to facilitate earlier communication, when hearing parents of deaf babies are routinely recommended not to allow their baby to sign and not to bother to learn sign themselves?  Don't understand this.

Can't Be Neutral About This
It is wrong to be neutral. Being neutral is an adminission of depriving deaf children of their birthright.

Unlimited Access to Language
I have a belief that all Deaf babies and children are entitled to their rights having unlimited access to language and cognitive development through a true Deaf culture - American Sign Language without parent intervention who do not know much.

Fully Support ASL as a Primary Language
Yes, I fully support ASL as a primary language development for ALL Deaf chlidren.  I know it completely, because I was born Deaf and throughout my life, I was confused with many weird methods of communication.  Finally, at Gallaudet Univ., ASL confirmed my true language as well as my English.
