If you believe in the Mission of the Deaf Bilingual Coalition, then you are automatically a member. Your role is to be an active advocate and activist when it comes to educating those around you, gathering to rally, recruiting others, and promoting American Sign Language as a basic human right for all Deaf infants and children. As a collective group, we can make a difference. Membership is free.
